The operations manager is the guarantor of the deployment of Akwaba Mousso’s operational strategy and the implementation of its response to GBV in accordance with the statutory purpose and the association’s charter. In agreement with the Executive Director, he/she commits the association to the following missions

Main missions

Under the hierarchical supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative and Financial Manager is in charge of the financial and administrative management of Akwaba Mousso’s activities.
In this capacity, his/her main tasks are to manage, coordinate and supervise the accounting, cash flow and fund management, and to propose a short, medium and long-term financial policy for the association.
He/she helps set up the budget, validates the decisions made, makes projects possible and balances the budget. He/she keeps the management informed of the health of the association and is also responsible for the preparation of the social accounts. He/she manages the association’s human resources.

Under the line supervision of the Operations Manager, the Steward is responsible for the smooth running of the Akwaba Mousso shelter and related activities.
The housekeeper ensures that the women and children staying in the home are well received and that the daily life of the home is well organized.

Main missions

Under the hierarchical supervision of the Operations Manager, the Social Assistant is the focal point for the beneficiaries of Akwaba Mousso’s program and is one of the guarantors of the association’s values.
